1. 모바일 외국인등록증 서비스 시작

2025년 1월 10일부터 모바일 외국인등록증 발급이 시작되었습니다. 행정안전부는 본인 명의의 스마트폰을 사용하는 14세 이상의 외국인에게 디지털 신분증 발급을 가능하게 했습니다. 이 등록증은 실물 카드와 동일한 효력을 가지며, 모바일 앱을 통해 비대면 서비스로도 활용될 예정입니다.

From January 10, 2025, the issuance of mobile Foreign Resident Cards began. The Ministry of the Interior and Safety has made it possible for registered foreigners aged 14 and above, who use a smartphone in their name, to obtain digital ID cards. These cards have the same legal validity as physical cards and can also be used for contactless services through a mobile app.

2. 청년 대상 지원 프로그램 확대

고용노동부와 지방자치단체는 청년을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 2025년에도 운영합니다. 심리 상담, 자조 모임 등을 포함해 약 1만 2천 명의 청년을 지원할 계획입니다. 또한, '또래지원단'을 통해 청년들이 서로 도움을 주고받을 수 있는 활동을 강화할 예정입니다.

The Ministry of Employment and Labor, together with local governments, will continue operating various programs for youth in 2025. Approximately 12,000 young people will receive support, including psychological counseling and self-help groups. Moreover, the 'Peer Support Group' will strengthen activities where youth can assist one another.

3. 자살예방 상담전화 '109' 캠페인

보건복지부와 한국생명존중희망재단은 2025년 3월, 자살예방 상담전화 '109'를 알리는 캠페인을 진행합니다. 한강 위에 구명 튜브로 숫자 '109'를 띄워 홍보를 강화할 계획입니다.

In March 2025, the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Suicide Prevention Foundation will conduct a campaign to promote the '109' suicide prevention hotline. A life buoy displaying the number '109' will float on the Han River as part of the promotional efforts.

4. 2025년 주요 정책 변화

2025년부터 5월 15일이 '세종대왕 나신 날'로 지정되어 다양한 행사가 열릴 예정입니다. 또한, 공무원 출산휴가가 연장되고, 육아휴직 급여 상한선이 높아질 계획입니다.

Starting in 2025, May 15 will be designated as 'King Sejong Day', with various events planned. Additionally, paternity leave for government officials will be extended, and the upper limit for parental leave benefits will increase.

5. 2025년 공휴일 및 연휴 일정

2025년에는 68일의 공휴일이 포함되며, 특히 10월에는 최대 10일간의 연휴가 예정되어 있습니다.
